‘Seres 3’ to be launched in mid Oct

ISLAMABAD: After MG Motors Pakistan launched two electric vehicles last week in Pakistan, Regal Automobile (DFSK) is all set to launch its first fully electric car dubbed ‘Seres 3’  in the mid of October’23

After energy constraints and climatic patterns getting severe in country, car makers seem inclined toward green technology.

As per the official notification: Seres 3 CBU is priced at Rs. 11,799,000. Whereas the booking amount is Rs. 5,000,000 with a tentative delivery time of 90 days. This EV is equipped with a 49.34 kWh battery with a driving range of 403 km.

Meanwhile, the locally assembled Seres 3 comes with a price tag of Rs. 9,599,000. You can book this car paying Rs. 3,000,000.

However, the tentative delivery time of the car is March 2024. Coming to the power of this car, CKD unit of the car is equipped with the same what comes under the hood of CBU unit.

Xiaomi’s electric vehicle to hit market soon

The SERES 3 by DFSK is an all-electric subcompact SUV, having a similar design to DFSK Glory 500, and will give great competition to MG ZS EV. All-electric SUVs are not very common in Pakistani markets, and thus DFSK SERES 3 will have less competition in the market.

It will be developed on a pure electric SUV platform, delivering an exceptionally-powerful performance. It offers a spacious interior, and the cabin comes with a neat finish, and a 10.25-inches screen gives infotainment, while fairly-good materials are used inside the car. It is known as Fengon E3 in China and DFSK Glory Seres 3 in export markets.
