Non-bailable arrest warrants for Malik Riaz, son issued in £190m case

ISLAMABAD: An Islamabad accountability court on Monday issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Malik Riaz and his son Ahmed Ali Riaz in the 190-million-pound scandal case.

Non-bailable arrest warrants have been issued by the accountability court for Barrister Ziaul Mustafa Naseem and Zulfi Bukhari. Additionally, Farah Khan is also subject to non-bailable arrest warrants, according to the court’s directives.

Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir has summoned the accused to appear on December 6. Additionally, the Accountability Court has requested a report for the upcoming hearing. It has been decided that the hearing for the 190 million pound corruption case will take place at Adiala Jail.
