RAWALPINDI: The Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan’s protest sit-in against Israeli aggression in Gaza continued for the second consecutive day on Sunday at the Faizabad interchange in Islamabad.

The sit-in participants have announced that they will continue their protest until their demands are met. TLP chief Saad Rizvi has demanded that medical and food aid be sent to Palestine and that Israel Prime Minister (PM) Benjamin Netanyahu Netanyahu be officially declared a terrorist.

The rally and subsequent sit-in caused severe traffic jams on the main roads of the city, creating difficulties for people travelling between Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
