Another PTI activist ‘confesses’ to attacking Jinnah House

LAHORE: Arzam Junaid, another activist of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has coonfessed to his involvement in an attack on the Lahore Corps Commander’s House better known as Jinnah House.
According to police, Arzam Junaid, a PTI activist and a resident of Lahore, was detained for his alleged involvement in attacking the Jinnah House along with other saboteurs.
In a statement that went viral on social media, Junaid said that the attacks were planned at Zaman Park, where the former prime minister Imran Khan’s residence is also located.
He also talked about the involvement of other PTI leaders in the attack saying PTI leaders Yasmin Rashid, Hassaan Niazi and Ejaz Chaudhry “assisted him” in executing the plan.
According to Junaid, the PTI leaders led the protesters before they entered Jinnah House.
He said that “fortunately, the Pakistani military did not cause us much harm during these attacks”.
