Gold prices decline by Rs 500 per tola


Gold prices decline

KARACHI: Gold prices have witnessed a decline in both international and local markets.

In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce has decreased by $4, bringing it down to $2339.

Similarly, in the local sarafa markets on Tuesday, the price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs. 500, settling at Rs. 240,300.

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also saw a reduction of Rs. 429, bringing it to Rs. 206,018.

Contrary to the decline in gold prices, the price of silver remained stable. The price of silver per tola held steady at Rs. 2800, while the price per 10 grams remained unchanged at Rs. 2400.54.

This trend highlights a notable fluctuation in gold prices while silver prices remain unaffected, providing a mixed outlook for precious metal investors and traders in the country.
