The price of gold in Pakistan witnessed a decrease of Rs700r tola on Monday according to the Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers’ Association (APSGJA).

After the decrease, the price of the gold metal per tola reached Rs 239,100. The price of 10 grams stands at Rs204,990 witnessing a decrease of Rs600.

Gold traders and investors have been advised to keep an eye on market fluctuations and make informed decisions accordingly.

Separately, the relentless surge in the value of the US dollar against the Pakistani rupee reached an unprecedented peak on Monday, with the dollar trading at an astounding rate of Rs. 330 in the open market.

On the first day of the business week, the interbank market also witnessed a significant increase in the dollar’s value, rising by 53 paisas, while in the open market, it surged by 2 rupees.
