New sticker, old bike: Atlas Honda introduces ‘new’ Honda CD70 Dream 2024

New Honda CD 70 Dream 2024 model

WEB DESK: In its annual tradition, Atlas Honda has unveiled the Honda CD70 Dream 2024, after the new Honda CD70 and CG125 models. Despite the anticipation surrounding the “new model,” the changes seem to be merely cosmetic.

The Honda CD70 Dream 2024, like its predecessors, features a revamped sticker on the fuel tank, incorporating varying shades of blue, ranging from deep hues to lighter tones, accented with strokes of white.

Regrettably, the alterations are limited to aesthetics, leaving much to be desired in terms of substantial improvements. The rest of the bike remains unchanged from previous versions.

This pattern mirrors the recent releases of the CG125 and CD70 models, where the primary modification was also confined to the stickers.

Critics argue that spending nearly Rs170,000 on a 70-cc engine bike, given the economic realities in Pakistan, might not be justified. The escalating prices of motorcycles have made them almost unaffordable for the masses.

Consequently, some potential buyers express discontent, especially when considering alternative options in the market. Even cheap Chinese bike brands, despite offering lower prices, fail to meet the desired quality standards, making the choice for consumers even more challenging.

Despite the prevailing challenges, Atlas Honda’s reputation as a longstanding and trusted name in Pakistan’s two-wheeler market endures. To maintain this trust and appeal to discerning consumers, it is imperative for the company to focus on substantial improvements.

Enhancements in performance, features, and overall value for money are vital aspects that could significantly boost sales and customer satisfaction. As the market evolves, Atlas Honda’s commitment to innovation will play a pivotal role in shaping its future.
