Honda denies slashing prices for CD70, CG125 motorcycle models

WEB DESK: In a recent official statement, Atlas Honda has denied the reports claiming a significant decrease in the prices of their popular models, the Honda CG125 and Honda CD70 motorcycles.

Earlier, various online reports had surfaced, suggesting a substantial price slash for these renowned bikes. HUM News English had also cited the reports in a story.

According to these reports, the price of the Honda CG125 high end variant had been lowered by Rs38,500, and the basic Honda 125 model’s rate was said to have been reduced by Rs33,500.

Additionally, the Honda CD70, another widely favoured model, was reported to have witnessed a price decrease of Rs22,000.

However, Atlas Honda has clarified that these reports are not rooted in reality. The company emphasises that there has been no reduction in the prices of any of their motorcycles, including the CG125, CD70, or any other models in their lineup.

To provide transparency to consumers and potential buyers, Atlas Honda has also released the official prices of their motorcycles as of October 18, 2023.
