LPG price jacked up by Rs7.31 per kg

WEB DESK: The government has raised the price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) by Rs7.31 per kilogramme, as per a notification issued by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Monday.

With this increase, the new price of LPG for October has been set at Rs251.30 per kilogramme.

Consequently, the cost of an 11.8 kg domestic cylinder has gone up by Rs86, reaching Rs2,965 per cylinder.

This price revision is part of the government’s regular monthly review of energy prices, reflecting the ongoing rise in LPG costs that continues to burden households nationwide.
