New taxes lead to hike in motorcycle prices

motorcycle prices increased

KARACHI: Prices of Atlas Honda motorcycles have gone up by Rs 2,000 to Rs 6,000 starting July 1, 2025, following the introduction of new taxes in the federal budget for FY2025-26.

Dealers confirmed the increase in motorcycle prices, linking it to the government’s imposition of a one per cent Carbon Levy on imported motorcycle engines.

After the latest revision, Honda’s most popular model, the CD-70, now costs Rs 159,900, while the CD-70 Dream is priced at Rs 170,900, both up by Rs 2,000.
