PSX opens higher, gains over 1,000 points in early trade

The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) opened on a strong note on Thursday, with the benchmark KSE-100 index rebounding sharply following a steep decline in the previous session. By around 10:05 AM, the index had surged 1,027.99 points, or 0.78 per cent, to reach 133,604.97.
