Rupee weakens further against dollar

KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee weakened by Rs1 against the US dollar and closed at Rs302.00 in the interbank market on Monday the State Bank of Pakistan said.

The Pakistani currency depreciated by -0.33 cent against the US dollar.

The market opened Monday with the PKR-USD parity at Rs299.5, rising quickly to Rs303.183 before marginally declining to Rs03.011 by noon.
