SBP to unveil new monetary policy today

Trading volume remained moderate with a little over 37 million shares trading hands in the first two hours of trading.

Expectations of a decline in interest rates in new monetary policy are lending strength to investor sentiment. However, the uncertainty surrounding the economic situation and the upcoming review by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) are causing fluctuations in the market as well.
