First conference on Pharmacology & Allied Sciences from Saturday at Karachi University

The First International Conference on “Pharmacology & Allied Sciences (ICPAS 2024)” will begin on Saturday (August 24-25, 2024) at the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), University of Karachi (UoK).

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Karachi Prof. Dr. Khalid Mehmood Iraqi will inaugurate the international science event, mutually organized by The Department of Pharmacology, University of Karachi, and ICCBS, University of Karachi.

Around 300 scholars, including researchers from five countries, Sweden, Iran, UK, Oman, USA, are participating in this international event, while the participation of foreign scientists is online.

The inaugural ceremony of the ICPAS 2024 will be held on Saturday (August 23) at 09:30 am in the Prof. Salimuzzaman Siddiqui Auditorium, ICCBS. The conference will be addressed by Prof. Dr. Khalid Mehmood Iraqi, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Harris Shoaib, Dean Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Karachi, Prof. Dr. Farzana Shaheen, the Director of the ICCBS, Prof. Dr. Faiyaz Hussain Madani Vaid, Chairman of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, University of Karachi, and Dr. Afshan Siddiq, the conference chair, and Chairperson of the Department of Pharmacology.
