The lesson of Karbala is that our existence, character and society should become a manifestation of peace and security. Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) refused to accept the government of oppression, I wish we understood the philosophy of sacrifice of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) and followed it. Instead of remembering Imam Hussain and his great companions only in ten days of Muharram, remember three hundred and sixty-five days of the year and practice it.

Dr. Khalid Iraqi further said that Hazrat Imam Hussain RA is not only a torch for any school of thought, any religion, but for the entire humanity. We need to be united instead of being divided into sects. No society can develop without ensuring justice, it is not possible to face the problems and challenges faced by the Muslim Ummah in the present age without getting guidance from the blessed life of the Holy Prophet.

Dr. Miraj Ul Huda Siddiqui said that the spirit of the Karbala incident is that the oppressor is not only the one who is oppressing, but the oppressor is also the one who is silent about the oppressor.
