Millennium Education celebrates Annual High Achievers Awards Ceremony 2024

ISLAMABAD: The Millennium Education celebrated its Annual High Achievers Awards Ceremony 2024 on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at Pak-China Friendship Centre, Islamabad.
Jubilance and celebration defined the aura of this auspicious ceremony, where more than 1000 proud learners were awarded for their exceptional achievements in academics, debates, creative competitions, and international accolades.
This year, learners were honoured with awards for Edexcel iPrimary Progression (2022-2024), Edexcel iPrimary Achievement (2022-2024), and Cambridge Checkpoint (2022-2024). Recognitions extended to categories like English Debates (Grade 1-7 and IGCSE Level), Rainbow Awards, and global achievements in contests such as Goethe Youth, Art Beat, STEM-R Award, IKLC, IKSC, IBIC, IKMC, and World Scholars Cup. Additionally, learners shone in diverse platforms like Copernicus, FSP (Foundation Skill Program), CATSO, and HRCA, showcasing their skills, creativity, and determination.
The ceremony commenced with an inspiring welcome note by Ma’am Erum Atif, Director Teacher and Learning at The Millennium Education, who addressed the audience and congratulated learners, teachers, and parents on their achievements, highlighting TME’s dedication to providing a holistic education that uplifts learners with the skills, attitudes, and attributes needed to thrive globally.
In his address, Dr. Faisal Mushtaq TI, Founder and CEO of The Millennium Education Group, captivated the audience with his heartfelt message. Speaking on Education for Millennials: Our Vision 2025, he emphasised the transformative power of education in shaping individuals and nations. He inspired the gathering with his powerful words, saying, “Don’t ask what Pakistan did for you; ask what you did for Pakistan” and underscored the importance of creating inclusive classrooms that allow every learner to realise their potential to the fullest. “Education,” he remarked, “is the key to equipping our youth with the tools needed to meet the challenges of a fast-changing, interconnected world.”
The ceremony was graced by Mr. Rod Smith, Group Managing Director, Cambridge International Education, H.E. Maciej Pisarski, Ambassador of the Republic of Poland, and Sardar Masood Khan, President TMUC Higher Education & MiTE University, as the honourable Chief Guests.
Mr. Rod Smith acknowledged and praised the institution’s relentless efforts in promoting holistic education and commended The Millennium Education for being the only school offering Cambridge Checkpoint under the ethos of One School, One Curriculum. H.E. Maciej Pisarski lauded the institution’s efforts in nurturing well-rounded individuals who are not only academically accomplished but also equipped to contribute meaningfully to nation-building. Sardar Masood Khan emphasized the significance of educational excellence in shaping Pakistan’s future. He urged learners to embrace the mantle of leadership and become agents of change, committed to advancing both their communities and their country.
The event brought together bright learners, their hardworking role models—the teachers—administration, and contented parents to celebrate their outstanding achievements and to motivate them to continue the hard work and strive for future successes. The winners in different domains of academics represent extraordinary skills, endless hours of hard work, dedication through study and practice, and an unflagging spirit of learning. This ceremony was a commemoration and a wonderful celebration of the efforts of our young learners.
The ceremony was a melting pot of education and recreation, where the learners mesmerized the audience with recitation, National Anthem, and enthralled them with captivating performances including skits, cultural dances, and thematic presentations. A variety of activities added charm to the gala. The brilliance of learners, both at national and international levels, was honoured and acknowledged on a grand scale.
