Actor Yasir Nawaz mourns loss of brother Waqar Nawaz

WEB DESK: Veteran Pakistani actor and director Yasir Nawaz announced the heartbreaking news of his elder brother Waqar Nawaz’s passing on Tuesday. The news has left many in the entertainment fraternity in deep sorrow.

Taking to Instagram, Yasir Nawaz shared an emotional message, saying, “With heavy hearts, we announce that our beloved and caring brother Waqar Nawaz has passed away.” The actor expressed his grief and prayed for his brother’s soul, asking Allah (SWT) to forgive his shortcomings and grant him the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous. He also prayed for patience and strength for the family to endure this immense loss.

The post was met with an outpouring of support with people sharing the story with prayers for the departed soul. Yasir also urged everyone to remember his brother in their prayers, reflecting the deep bond he shared with him and the immense pain of the loss.

Veteran actress Ayesha Khan found dead in Karachi apartment

A few days ago, the fraternity also saw another loss as renowned actress Ayesha Khan was discovered deceased in her apartment in Karachi’s Gulshan-e-Iqbal neighborhood. According to authorities body had been in the flat for approximately a week. The actress, who lived alone, was found after neighbors alerted her family about a foul odour coming from her residence. Police subsequently arrived at the scene and transported her body to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for legal formalities.
