10th Hum Awards: complete list of winners and highlights from Houston

HOUSTON: The 2025 Hum Awards, one of Pakistan’s biggest nights in entertainment, took place in Houston, bringing together the country’s top stars for a celebration of excellence in television and music. Often seen as a counterpart to the Lux Style Awards, the annual event recognised outstanding performances and creative achievements across multiple categories.

Among those attending the star-studded evening were Sajal Aly, Hania Aamir, Ahad Raza Mir, Faysal Quraishi, Bilal Abbas Khan and Mahira Khan. The ceremony featured live performances and moments of nostalgia as the industry came together to honour the year’s best work.

Bilal Abbas Khan’s Ishq Murshid dominated the night, bagging several major awards including Best Drama, Best Actor (Male), and Best On-Screen Couple. Sajal Aly won Best Actress (Female) for her performance in Zard Patton Ka Bunn, while Hania Aamir was recognised with the Global Star Award for her growing international popularity.

Over the past decade, HUM TV has established itself as Pakistan’s leading entertainment channel, celebrating creativity, storytelling, and star power through the annual HUM Awards. The first edition in 2013 at Karachi’s Expo Center set the tone with energetic performances and recognition of outstanding talent. HUM then took Pakistani entertainment global — from the 6th Awards in Canada’s First Ontario Centre to the 7th in Houston, USA, and the 8th once again in Canada. The 9th edition illuminated London’s OVO Arena Wembley with stellar performances, reflectingHUM’s growing international presence.

Now celebrating its 10th edition in 2025 at Houston’s NRG Arena, the HUM Awards have come full circle — a decade-long journey honouring the best in television, music, and fashion. From Karachi to London, the event has evolved into a global celebration of Pakistan’s entertainment excellence and its ever-expanding cultural footprint.
