Tom Jones underwent dual hip replacement surgeries, with the first procedure on his left hip in 2017 followed by the surgery on his right hip in 2022. The necessity for these surgeries arose from the increasing difficulty he experienced in standing during performances.

In 2017, the singer underwent his first hip surgery due to persistent pain caused by cartilage deterioration in his left hip, which resulted in discomfort and limited mobility. He later underwent a second surgery on his right hip in 2022 to address similar issues.
