Champions Trophy 2025: Pakistan Vs Bangladesh Live Updates – game called off
With rain threatening to wash out the game, the two green-wearing teams, Pakistan and Bangladesh, will clash today in the ninth game of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 tournament. The toss has been delayed and the pitch would be examined at 2pm.
Before today, the Australia Vs South Africa match, scheduled to be played at the same stadium, was also ruined by the rain.
Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium and its surroundings are predicted to receive a heavy dose of rain today as well, but it remains at the mercy of nature’s whim if all or at least some of the overs may be played today.
For now, though, fans of both teams and cricket enthusiasts the world over are waiting to see which of the two teams get to exit with a hint of grace. Neither Pakistan nor Bangladesh have been able to bag any victory in the previous two games. This is the final game for both teams in this tournament, but it remains to be seen which of these leaves with a winless record.

Match abandoned due to rain
After the examination of the pitch, accounting for the weather, and after the analysis by the experts present at the stadium, it has been decided to call off today’s game.
This is the second game in three days to have been called off due to rain. Before this, Australia VS South Africa match was also abandoned, at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
