India were absolutely reeling during the early powerplay, and Indian fans were desperate for a hero to step up at the crease as both batting and bowling looked uncertain. Thankfully, Tilak Varma and Rinku Singh rose to the occasion, delivering remarkable performances under the intense pressure created by Pakistan’s bowlers.

Tilak, who scored a composed 69 off 53 balls, held his nerve and anchored the chase brilliantly, managing the pressure from Pakistan’s attack all the way through to 19.1 overs.

He handed the strike to Rinku Singh, who smashed the third ball of the final over for a boundary, sealing the Asia Cup 2025 title, and finishing with an astonishing strike rate of 400.

India smashed the game by 5 wickets with 2 balls remaining in the Asia Cup clash tonight.
