Pakistan suffer first blow

Pakistan faced an early setback in the Pak vs UAE clash with the dismissal of star batter Saim Ayub.

Ayub was bowled out by Junaid Siddique for a duck, having faced only two deliveries in the first over.

This is Ayub’s third consecutive duck — a literal hat-trick of ducks. He was bowled out for a duck in the last two matches against India and Oman.
