11 terrorists killed in two different operations in KP: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: At least 11 terrorists were killed in two intelligence-based operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Dera Ismail Khan and North Waziristan districts, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Monday.

According to a statement issued by the e during the IBO in DI Khan, 10 terrorists were killed after an intense exchange of fire with security forces, while in North Waziristan, another terrorist was killed in a skirmish. 

“The killed terrorists remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the area against security forces as well as the innocent civilians. Arms & ammunition were also recovered from them,” read the statement.

The press statement further said, “Locals of the area appreciated the operations by the security forces, who remain determined to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the country.”
