Apple TV+ has released the first trailer for season two of Your Friends & Neighbors, offering a fresh look at the suburban crime drama starring Jon Hamm.
The new season will premiere on April 3, 2026, with the first episode dropping on launch day. The remaining episodes will roll out weekly over the following nine weeks, with the season finale scheduled for June 5.
James Marsden enters the neighbourhood
In season two, Andrew “Coop” Cooper, played by Hamm, continues navigating life after losing his job and status while secretly turning to crime to maintain his lifestyle.
According to the official synopsis, Coop “doubles down on his life as an unlikely suburban thief” until the arrival of a new neighbour threatens to expose his secrets and put his family at risk.
That mysterious newcomer is played by James Marsden, whose arrival appears set to disrupt the already fragile balance of Coop’s suburban world.
Fallout from season one continues
The first season followed Coop’s dramatic fall from grace after he lost his career as a hedge fund manager and faced a murder charge that upended his life.
Although he was ultimately cleared of the crime, the scandal left his reputation shattered and his personal life in turmoil.
The second season picks up as Coop attempts to rebuild while navigating the consequences of his choices.
Returning cast and future plans
Alongside Hamm and Marsden, the series also features Amanda Peet, Olivia Munn, Hoon Lee, Mark Tallman, Lena Hall, Aimee Carrero, Eunice Bae, Isabel Gravitt and Donovan Colan.
The show is created by Jonathan Tropper, who also serves as executive producer alongside Hamm, Stephanie Laing, Connie Tavel, Craig Gillespie, Jamie Rosengard and Lori Keith Douglas.
Apple has already renewed Your Friends & Neighbors for a third season, signalling continued confidence in the series.
