Are there also changes made to PSL-11th ticket prices: Here is what we know

WEB DESK: The Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 11 ticket pricing details have surfaced, showing a wide range of categories and prices for matches scheduled in Lahore and Karachi.

According to the released pricing chart, ticket categories include VIP, Premium, First Class, General, Gallery, VVIP, and VVIP (new pavilion), with prices varying by match and tournament stage. For regular matches, general tickets start at Rs250–500, while VIP tickets range from Rs800 to Rs3,000. High-profile matches and playoffs, including eliminators and the final, see prices go up significantly, with VVIP tickets reaching as high as Rs9,000.

However, despite the pricing structure being announced, PSL 11 (2026) will be held behind closed doors due to security and logistical reasons. This means no spectators will be allowed in stadiums, raising questions about the practical implementation of these ticket prices.

The tournament is scheduled to take place exclusively in Lahore and Karachi from March 26 to May 3, 2026. A total of 44 matches will be played, with each city hosting 22 matches, including playoff fixtures and the final.

The pricing list suggests adjustments across different match categories compared to previous editions, particularly with the introduction of new VVIP tiers and increased rates for knockout matches.

While the Pakistan Cricket Board has yet to clarify the situation regarding ticket sales amid no-crowd matches, the released pricing details provide insight into the planned structure for PSL 11.

The development highlights both the league’s commercial planning and the unusual circumstances under which this year’s tournament is set to be played.
