Lahore: Cricket fans may have to wait a little longer for Australia’s ODI series in Pakistan, as sources indicate the three-match series is likely to be rescheduled.
The three-match series, originally set for March, is unlikely to take place as planned. Talks are reportedly underway between the Pakistan Cricket Board and Cricket Australia to finalize new dates.
The ODIs are now expected to be played after the Pakistan Super League. The series was initially scheduled from March 13 to 19.
Meanwhile, Australia will visit Pakistan earlier for a three-match T20I series ahead of the T20 World Cup, set to be played from January 30 to February 5.
