BTS’s Suga releases trailer for ‘D-Day’ concert film

WEB DESK: Famous Korean boy-group BTS member Suga shared the official trailer for his concert film on Wednesday.

The film’s trailer, titled “SUGA│Agust D Tour ‘D-Day’ The Movie”, was released on the group’s official YouTube channel at 12 am Korean time.

Suga, also known as Agust D, went on a ‘D-Day’ tour in 2023. The tour consisted of 25 concerts across ten cities and attracted over 290,000 attendees. The tour concluded with the ‘D-Day: The Final’ concert held in Seoul.

Fans can now revisit the tour as a cinematic film.

In the film, the Korean singer pondered on the significance of concerts and their role in shaping an artist’s career. The film also depicts Suga’s debut as a solo artist.

The film is slated to hit theaters worldwide on April 10 and April 13 across 3,000 theaters globally. The movie is set to release in countries such as the United States, Brazil, Italy, India, France, Vietnam, United Kingdom, Germany, Mexico, and Thailand. The movie shows special appearances by other BTS members RM, Jimin, and Jungkook.

This concert film follows Suga’s previous solo documentary, “SUGA: Road to D-Day,” released in April 2023.
