CDA declares Shibli Faraz’s house lawn as ‘illegal’

ISLAMABAD: Senator Shibli Faraz has expressed his frustration over the Capital Development Authority’s (CDA) recent declaration of his home as illegal.

“If the CDA has nothing else to do, they are declaring my home illegal,” stated Faraz.

Faraz mentioned that he has spoken with CDA officials, and they have listened to his concerns. “If this is the only lawn they find illegal, fine, we will remove it,” he remarked.

He further clarified that a boundary line has been constructed to secure his home, indicating that the measures taken were in compliance with safety standards.
