CDF Munir, Maldives speaker reaffirm commitment to stronger bilateral ties

Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and Maldives Parliament Speaker Abdul Raheem Abdullah reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening bilateral ties between Pakistan and the Maldives, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

During their meeting, the two sides discussed matters of mutual interest, regional security and bilateral cooperation.

They agreed to strengthen relations for the mutual benefit of both countries, the ISPR said.

Abdul Raheem Abdullah appreciated Pakistan’s role in promoting regional peace and stability and expressed a desire to enhance bilateral contacts and cooperation.
