Court orders to produce Imran Khan on April 4

ISLAMABAD: District and Sessions Court of Islamabad Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra on Monday issued production orders for PTI founder and former prime minister Imran Khan on April 4.

Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra gave the order on pre-bail petitions filed by Imran in six cases.

The court ordered the superintendent of Adiala Jail to produce the PTI founder in the court on April 4.

Ichhra Bazar suspects get bail

A petition was filed by the PTI founder’s lawyers to issue a production order for the former prime minister.

Earlier, the same court adjourned the hearing of six cases against PTI founder and Bushra Bibi till April 4 in fake receipts case.

Six cases had been registered against the founder of PTI at different police stations of Islamabad namely Tarnol, Ramna, Secretariat, Kohsar, and Karachi Company police station, while a case of Toshakhana fake receipts had been registered against Bushra at Kohsar police station of the federal capital.
