Ducky Bhai released from Camp Jail

LAHORE: Popular YouTuber Saad Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, was released from Lahore’s Camp Jail on Wednesday after the court issued his release orders (robkar), officials confirmed.

The release came a day after the Lahore High Court approved his bail against surety bonds worth Rs1million in a case pertaining to the promotion of online gambling applications.

During Monday’s hearing, Justice Shehram Sarwar observed that, under the Supreme Court’s guidelines, denying bail in such cases would be unusual. Despite the court’s decision, Ducky Bhai could not be freed on Tuesday due to delays in issuing the required documents.

However, Judicial Magistrate Naeem Bhutto issued the release order today, directing authorities to set the YouTuber free immediately if he was not wanted in any other case.

Ducky Bhai is facing an FIA National Crime Agency Wing (NCIA) case for allegedly promoting online gambling platforms, with investigations still underway.

His family members and close friends were present outside Camp Jail to receive him upon his release.
