Exams scheduled for Aug 26 under BISE Rawalpindi postponed

RAWALPINDI: Exams scheduled for August 26, Monday under Rawalpindi Board of Education have been postponed for the Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S).

According to the notification, Chemistry, Islamic History, and Dars-e-Nizami exams have been postponed.

Exams for General Science, Clothing and Textile groups have also been rescheduled. The postponed exams will take place on September 18 at the originally assigned centres.

The Rawalpindi Board has mentioned that new roll number slips will be sent to the candidates.

According to the Controller of Examinations, regular candidates will have their new roll number slips uploaded to their portal, while private candidates’ roll number slips will be uploaded to the board’s website.

The Controller stated that candidates can download their roll number slips by entering their roll number, online admission form number, or B-form number.

Earlier today the district administration announced that Rawalpindi Tehsil will remain closed on Monday (August 26) on account of the Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain.
