LAHORE: Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Amarah Akhtar on Monday distributed free helmets to motorcyclists without proper headgear at Liberty Chowk. The event, attended by SP City Shahzad Khan and Lady Wardens, aimed to emphasize the significance of wearing helmets.
