Gold prices in Pakistan climb further amid fresh market surge

KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan continued their upward movement as the price of gold increased by Rs900 per tola following a fresh surge in international bullion markets.

According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold rose to Rs425,036 per tola after the latest increase.

The price of ten grams of gold also increased by Rs771, reaching Rs364,399.

With the latest hike, gold became costlier compared to the previous trading session, when the price stood at Rs424,136 per tola.

Market trends indicate that gold prices remain sensitive to fluctuations in international bullion rates, currency movements, and broader economic indicators. Traders and investors continue to monitor global developments influencing domestic gold prices closely.
