Gold prices surge again across Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan have risen sharply today following a brief decline yesterday, with increases of over Rs3,000 per tola reported across the country.

According to the All Pakistan Gems & Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola increased by Rs3,400, bringing the rate to Rs490,362 per tola.

Similarly, the price for 10 grams of gold rose by Rs2,915, reaching Rs420,406.

This comes after a notable drop of Rs7,100 per tola recorded yesterday, highlighting the volatile trend in the gold market in Pakistan.

Analysts suggest that fluctuations in international gold rates and currency exchange trends are contributing to the ongoing price volatility.
