Google plans to establish 50 smart schools in Islamabad


WEB DESK: Google intends to establish 50 “smart schools” in Islamabad. Each of these schools will have 30,000 Google for Education IDs, giving teachers and students access to cutting-edge equipment and creative teaching resources.


The project, introduced by a Google for Education team along with its local partner Tech Valley, aims to utilize artificial intelligence (AI) and digital resources to enhance collaboration, productivity, and tailored learning opportunities

Moreover, the partnership goes beyond the mere setup of intelligent educational institutions.

Google intends to launch a public Google Reference School, train 2,000 young people with employable skills through Google career credentials, and host teacher workshops on Google for Education products.
