LAHORE: In a crucial Group B match of the Champions Trophy, Afghanistan has set a 326-run target for England as Ibrahim Zadran made history by playing the highest individual innings.
Batting first after winning the toss in Lahore, Afghanistan posted 326 runs for the loss of seven wickets in their allotted overs.
The highlight of Afghanistan’s innings was Ibrahim Zadran’s magnificent knock of 177 runs, featuring 12 fours and 6 sixes.

Ibrahim Zadran’s Record-Breaking Feat
Ibrahim Zadran made history by playing the highest individual innings in the Champions Trophy. His 177-run knock broke England’s Ben Duckett’s record of 165 runs. Previously, New Zealand’s Nathan Astle had scored 145 runs against the USA in 2004.
