Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi indicted in Al-Qadir Trust case

Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi have been indicted in the 190 million pound Al-Qadir Trust case.

The case was being heard in Adiala jail by Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed.

Both Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi refused to accept the charges framed against them.

The Court adjourned the hearing till March 6 and also summoned five witnesses in the case in the next hearing.

The Al Qadir Trust case, alleges that the PTI chief Imran Khan and his wife obtained billions of rupees and land worth hundreds of kanals from a real estate firm for legalising Rs50 billion that was identified and returned to the country by the UK during the previous PTI government.
