Indian attack

RAWALPINDI: The Director General of the Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) has said that India carried out 24 cowardly attacks at six different locations, resulting in the martyrdom of eight Pakistanis and injuries to 35 others.

Addressing a press conference on the war-like situation, the DG ISPR said that India launched unprovoked and cowardly attacks at six sites. Following the Indian aggression, two nuclear powers now stand face to face.

He said India committed unprovoked aggression inside Pakistan. The Subhan Mosque in Ahmedpur East was targeted, where five Pakistanis were martyred. In Muzaffarabad, the Bilal Mosque was hit, he said.

He said that seven attacks took place in Shahiwala, Muzaffarabad, one of which destroyed a mosque. In Kotli, a mosque was targeted, resulting in the martyrdom of two civilians, including a 16-year-old girl and a boy, the ISPR chief said.

The DG ISPR further said that the Umm al-Qura Mosque in Muridke was also targeted, where four strikes were carried out. One person was martyred and another injured, while two individuals are missing from the area.

He said that two attacks also took place in Shakargarh, though no casualties were reported there. An area north of Sialkot was also targeted.

He said media, including international journalists, were taken to the Line of Control yesterday, where India’s baseless allegations were exposed in front of them. Where innocent Pakistani lives were lost in the Indian attack, the media and international media will be shown the reality on the ground.
