Iranian foreign minister set to visit Pakistan on Jan 29

    ISLAMABAD: Iran’s Foreign Minister is scheduled to visit Pakistan on January 29, following an invitation extended by Pakistan’s Foreign Minister, Jalil Abbas Jilani. This announcement was made by the spokesperson of the Pakistani Foreign Office.

    During a recent telephone conversation between the caretaker Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani and his Iranian counterpart Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, both nations also reached a consensus to reinstate their respective ambassadors to their diplomatic posts. The ambassadors are expected to resume their responsibilities by January 26, 2024.
