Jessica Alba has finalised her divorce from Cash Warren, agreeing to pay $US3 million to conclude their 16-year marriage, according to US reports.

The 44-year-old actress reached a settlement more than a year after filing for dissolution of marriage, officially ending a relationship that began in 2004 and led to their 2008 wedding.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Alba will pay Warren approximately $US3 million, about $4.2 million, to balance the division of assets. The amount will be paid in two non-taxable instalments of $US1.5 million each, with the second payment due one year after the first.

The former couple will share joint custody of their three children, Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, 8. Neither Alba nor Warren will pay spousal support.

Alba has also restored her legal last name to Alba as part of the settlement.

The divorce was filed in the Superior Court of Los Angeles, where Alba cited irreconcilable differences. In court documents obtained by Fox News Digital, she listed December 27, 2024, as the date of separation.

She publicly confirmed the split in January 2025 in a social media statement, writing that she had been on a “journey of self realisation and transformation” both individually and in partnership with Warren.

Alba and Warren first met in 2004 on the set of Fantastic Four and went on to build careers in film and business while raising their three children.

In July 2025, Alba sparked dating rumours after being spotted returning to Los Angeles from a trip to Cancun, Mexico, with actor Danny Ramirez. She later appeared to confirm the relationship by sharing photos from a trip to Australia.

The settlement brings a formal close to one of Hollywood’s longer-running marriages, with both parties now moving forward separately.
