Karachi Kings announce vice-captain for PSL 9

ISLAMABAD: Karachi Kings have announced England batsman James Michael Vince as their vice-captain for the upcoming ninth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Vince, who has played 13 Tests, 17 ODIs and 28 T20Is for England, was part of the Karachi Kings squad last year. He also featured for the franchise in the first season of the PSL in 2016.

The ninth edition of the PSL, which is the premier T20 league of Pakistan, will continue till March 24, 2024.

The tournament will be played across four venues in Pakistan, namely Karachi, Lahore, Multan and Rawalpindi.

Karachi Kings will face off Multan Sultans in the opening match of the tournament at the Multan Cricket Stadium on Sunday (today). Both teams have arrived at the venue amid tight security and are gearing up for the clash that will start at 7 pm.
