Kendall Jenner shuts down plastic surgery rumours

Kendall Jenner has denied ever having plastic surgery, pushing back against years of online speculation about her appearance.

The 30-year-old model addressed the rumours during an appearance on the In Your Dreams podcast, where she responded to claims that she has undergone what some have called a “full facial reconstruction”.

“I’m not going to sit here and convince anyone that I haven’t had work,” Kendall said. “There’s a whole world on the internet that thinks I’ve had full facial reconstruction. I’m just here to tell you the truth, which is the fact that I’ve never had any plastic surgery on my face. Nothing. I’ve never had any work done.”

When host Owen Thiele suggested she might be lying, Kendall doubled down, insisting: “I swear to God. No. I’ve done two rounds of baby Botox in my forehead. That’s it. The only thing I’ve ever injected.”

She also denied having a nose job

Kendall shut down long-running claims that she has had a nose job, saying she understands why people speculate but insists the rumours are wrong.

“I would believe [the theories] if I wasn’t me,” she said. “I look at old photos of me and I’m like, ‘Wait, it does look like I have a nose job.’ But I swear to God, on everything that I love, I’ve never had a nose job.”

She also admitted that she did not enjoy her experience with Botox and prefers having natural movement in her face.

“I didn’t love it, and I don’t love it,” she said. “I consider it sometimes, but then my eyebrows are so straight and low to my eyes that I actually really enjoy the movement that I have.”

‘My childhood felt kind of normal’

In the same conversation, Kendall reflected on growing up in the spotlight and insisted her childhood felt more normal than people might expect.

She first appeared on Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2007 but says she was largely sheltered from the intense attention during her younger years.

“We went to school. We went to school as long as we could,” she said on Emma Chamberlain’s Anything Goes podcast. “I started home school in 11th and 12th grade.

“So even though we had a TV show at home, we were going to regular school all day and had our friends from before the show started. It wasn’t always easy, but it did feel kind of normal.”
