MUMBAI: On Saturday, Krystyna Pyszková from the Czech Republic clinched the prestigious title of Miss World in a dazzling ceremony hosted in India. T

The event, held in Mumbai, saw Yasmina Zaytoun of Lebanon securing the first runner-up position amongst 112 remarkable contestants.

“Being crowned Miss World is a dream come true. I am deeply honored to represent my country and the values of ‘beauty with a purpose’ on a global platform,” said Pyszkova after securing the title.

The panel of judges for the 71st Miss World pageant comprised a diverse array of personalities, including Bollywood luminaries like Kriti Sanon and Pooja Hegde, along with Julia Evelyn Morley CBE, the CEO of the Miss World Organization. Notable figures such as Amruta Fadnavis, Sajid Nadiadwala, former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh, Rajat Sharma, Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of India TV, as well as Jamil Said and Vineet Jain, added their expertise and discernment to the judging panel.
