Lahore board announces admission schedule for second matric exam starting Oct 6

WEB DESK: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has announced the admission schedule for the second annual matriculation examination, which will begin on October 6.

According to a notification issued by BISE Lahore on Friday, the admission process will be completed in three phases, with different fee structures for each deadline.

The first phase will begin from August 7 and continue until August 19, during which applicants can submit their forms by paying a single fee.

Students who fail to apply during the first phase will be required to submit their forms with a double fee from August 20 to 25. In the third phase, running from August 26 to 29, applicants will have to pay three times the single fee, after which no admissions will be accepted.

The board said that admission forms will only be submitted through the online system.

Meanwhile, BISE Lahore has also announced the matriculation examination results, which can be accessed through the board’s official website.

Regular and private candidates will have to deposit the prescribed examination fee according to board rules, while students appearing for both parts will be required to pay the fee for both examinations.
