Lahore: couple held for torturing 8-year housemaid

LAHORE: The police on Wednesday arrested a couple involved in torturing an 8-year-old housemaid in the Gujjar Pura, area of Lahore.

Police said that the employer Raees and his wife Hina tortured 8-year housemaid Areeba.

According to police, after conducting medical of the girl, a case will be registered against the nabbed couple and legal action will be taken.

The mother of Areeba has also alleged children of the detainees of torturing her daughter. INP
