Lahore police launch mobile app to monitor elections

LAHORE: The Lahore police have fully activated the Election Smart Police app to monitor the security situation for the upcoming general election scheduled to be held on February 8th.

Police officials assigned to static duty have been directed to install the app on their mobile phones. All police officials associated with the Election Smart Police app have already undergone screening.

Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Operations Ali Nasir Rizvi stated that the Election Smart Police app will play a crucial role in ensuring the peaceful conduct of the general elections.
