Lisa Hochstein, known for The Real Housewives of Miami, has turned herself in to authorities after being accused of illegally intercepting communications involving her ex-husband.

The 43-year-old reality star was booked in Miami-Dade on Wednesday, with bond set at $5,000, according to local records.

Allegations tied to intercepted communications

Hochstein and her former boyfriend, Jody Glidden, have each been charged with one felony count of unlawfully intercepting oral communications linked to her ex-husband, Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein.

According to a criminal complaint, the alleged activity took place between March 12 and March 31, 2023, with authorities claiming the pair attempted to intercept conversations involving Lenny and others.

Reports previously indicated that Lenny had accused his ex-wife of placing a listening device in his car during their divorce proceedings, an allegation that added further tension to an already contentious split.

Legal response amid ongoing divorce battle

Hochstein has denied the allegations. Her attorney said the case is part of a broader and highly contentious divorce dispute and argued it should not be treated as a criminal matter.

She voluntarily turned herself in for processing and is expected to be released, according to her legal team.

Hochstein and Lenny were married for 13 years and share two children. They announced their split in 2022, with the divorce finalised two years later.

She later began dating Glidden in 2023, though reports suggest the pair have since separated.

The case marks another dramatic turn in a high-profile divorce saga that has unfolded both in court and in the public eye, drawing renewed attention to the couple’s already complex history.
