Maryam Nawaz warns elements instigating bureaucrats to break law

LAHORE: Maryam Nawaz, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s nominee for the chief minister of Punjab, has said that elements instigating the bureaucracy to break the law will be dealt with according to the law.

Talking to the media in Lahore, Maryam Nawaz said that threating bureaucrats meant to create chaos in the state system.

She told the officers not to be intimidated by the threats and perform their duties according to the law.

The nominated chief minister of Punjab said that those who endangered the security of the officers would be dealt with an iron fist.
