Mawra Hocane, Ameer Gilani tie the knot

LAHORE: Pakistani drama actress Mawra Hocane surprised her fans by announcing on Wednesday evening that she and Ameer Gilani got married.
Rumours about their clandestine relationship were rife; however, the newlywed never disclosed or discussed it before they tied the knot in Lahore.
Hocane shared their wedding pictures on Instagram. Both celebrities have worked together in various dramas, featuring together in the 2023 drama “Neem” as well as the 2020 drama “Sabaat.”
On Tuesday night, the news about their wedding plans went viral on various social media platforms, and by Wednesday evening, Hocane, donning wedding clothes at the Lahore Fort, shared a picture on Instagram.
In the caption of the picture with Gilani, she said, “…and in the middle of chaos… I found you,” along with the date and hashtag#MawraAmeerHoGayi. Her lehenga featured a colourful border at the bottom with heavily embroidered pale gold with pink accents.
Gilani could be seen wearing a charcoal-coloured shalwar kameez paired with a waistcoat and shawl of the same colour.
His pop of colour came in his tan Peshawari chapals.
In the comments section, Hocane’s post was met with joy and heartiest congratulations, with several fans wishing the couple the best life ahead.
